• Accuracy: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.
• Payments are processed securely. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

• Shipping Responsibility: We ship worldwide. However, the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

• Returns: In accordance with UK/EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt.
• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-refundable.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
