Return Policy, Exchange Policy, refund process - Our No-Stress Promise

At IG London, we want you to love what you ordered. But we get it—sometimes things just don't fit or look quite right once they arrive. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help you get it sorted!

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to decide if it's a keeper. If you decide to return it, just let us know within this window. Once you've notified us, you have another 14 days to post it back to our London studio.

To be eligible for a full refund, we just ask that your items are:

• Unused and in the same condition you received them.
• In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
• Free from any marks, scents, or signs of wear.

We’ve kept it simple. No complicated forms required:

1. Email us: Send a quick note to info@iglondon.com with your order number.
2. Pack it up: Secure your items back in their original box or mailer.
3. Send it back: Mail your package to:

Note: As a small business, we currently don't cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service so your return doesn't get lost in the post!

Once we receive your return and give it a quick check, we’ll send you an email to let you know it's arrived safely.

• Refunds: Your money will be headed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Exchanges: Need a different size or color? Mention it in your email! We’ll ship out the replacement free of charge once we receive your original item.

We take great pride in our quality, but if something arrives less than perfect, we are so sorry! Please email us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer you a full refund or an immediate replacement.
