Returns

Do you accept returns?

I promise to refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in a resaleable condition  and within 30 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or returns for personalised/engravable products..

 To return your item:

1. Please send an email to returns@iglondon.com, include the order number,  name, address and the contact number 

2. Post it to us using the address 18 The Burrell Westcott, Dorking RH4 3PG, We always recommend sending your jewellery to us in a secure, padded envelope using a signed delivery service.

All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
