Returns
I promise to refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in a resaleable condition and within 30 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges.
Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or returns for personalised/engravable products..

2. Post it to us using the address 18 The Burrell Westcott, Dorking RH4 3PG, We always recommend sending your jewellery to us in a secure, padded envelope using a signed delivery service.
All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 2-5 days for the payment to be credited back.
