All jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty, but accidents happen; we’re all human! Should anything happen with your jewellery within the first 12 months of purchase, we’ll repair them free of charge and piece them back together as though nothing ever happened!

Please note: Your 12-month warranty is from the date of purchase. Please provide us with your order number/proof of purchase on the form below to ensure your piece can be repaired under warranty.

If your pieces are over the 12-month warranty period, don’t worry, we’re still here to help! Our dedicated repairs team can repair any accidental damage/breakage for a small charge and restore them back to their original glory.

Unfortunately, if all components have been lost, we cannot repair or replace your item. If your item has previously been repaired by any other jeweller, the warranty will be void.

Here’s how you can return your jewellery for repair:

To return your item:

1. Please send email to returns@iglondon.com 

Please include the order number,  name, address and the contact number 

2. Post it to us using the address 18 The Burrell Westcott, Dorking RH4 3PG

We always recommend sending your jewellery to us in a secure, padded envelope using a signed delivery service.  as we do not accept liability for lost items.

We pride ourselves on our speedy service and strive for your repair to be returned to you within 15 working days; however, please note that this is subject to stock.
