All jewellery comes with lifetime warranty covering defective products, but accidents happen; we’re all human! Should anything happen with your jewellery we’ll repair them and piece them back together as though nothing ever happened!
Our dedicated repairs team can repair any accidental damage / breakage for a small charge and restore them back to their original glory.
Unfortunately, if all components have been lost, we cannot repair or replace your item. If your item has previously been repaired by any other jeweller, the warranty will be void.
Here’s how you can return your jewellery for Repair Service:
To return your item:
1. Please send email to returns@iglondon.com, include the order number, name, address and the contact number
2. Post it to us using the address 18 The Burrell Westcott, Dorking RH4 3PG, We always recommend sending your jewellery to us in a secure, padded envelope using a signed delivery service. As we do not accept liability for lost items.
We pride ourselves on our speedy Repair Service and strive for your repair to be returned to you within 15 working days; however, please note that this is subject to stock.
