Yes! Each item of Jewellery is lovingly handmade in the UK, using sterling silver or Silver plated.

How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?

If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list, there is a button at the bottom of every email we send. Alternatively, you can send an email to requesting to unsubscribe, and we will take you off our list.

I didn’t receive my birthday voucher code. What should I do? 

You should receive your birthday code on the day of your birthday via email, if you can’t see it in your inbox, we suggest taking a look in your junk! My discount code won't work; why not?

What is the diference between "Add to cart" and "Made to order"

Each product is customized and is produced based on customer's choice of options. when the product shows "Add to cart" mean its ready to dispach in one buziness day.

When shows "Made to order" mean the product needs to go through the production process.

We continuously work on improving the production time to make sure we can deliver our products as soon as possible.

Do you have a physical store? only sells online in order to present you with the largest variety of options possible.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

When you add a product to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout, you will see the Gift Card / Voucher field on the payment method page. Please enter the code before you make the payment and make sure the discount has been applied. Discounts cannot be applied after placing an order.
