We aim to have all your favourite pieces available to you at all times. However, some of our most popular pieces can have an extremely high demand. Any out-of-stock items can take up to 12 business days (Monday - Friday) We carefully craft made-to-order pieces primarily by hand.. Every item we make is custom made from the heart and well worth the wait.
What payments does it accept?Payments can be made through PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit cards and debit cards.

I didn’t receive my birthday voucher code. What should I do?You should receive your birthday code on the day of your birthday via email, if you can’t see it in your inbox, we suggest taking a look in your junk! However, if this is not the case, please email info@iglondon.com with the email used to sign up so we can get your voucher to you as quickly as possible.
My discount code won't work; why not?Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or sale items. Some of our promotional codes are only valid if you are logged into your customer account. Create a customer account to use the discount code but please double check you are entering the exact code and that it is still valid.
